About Emma
Emma is a Denver, CO based yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Alignment, Meditation, Breathwork and Yoga Philosophy. Emma has over 500 yoga teacher training hours and has taught thousands of yoga classes to diverse levels of practitioners. Emma also mentors other yoga teachers as they begin their teaching journey. Emma believes in teaching the most up-to-date physical technique, cueing and injury management. Emma's classes help the practitioner to become more aware of the alignment and movements within their body while keeping breath safe. Emma's goal is to blend the wisdom of the traditional yoga philosophy with the modern movement of yoga to create a welcoming and vulnerable space for all practitioners to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. In Emma’s classes expect strong breath, safe and strong movements, a fun new pose, lots of sweat, laughs and focus.
Emma’s teachers that have impacted her teachings began with Margot Ballard and currently are influenced by Jason Crandell and Stephanie Synder.
