New Year Yoga Series
Join Emma in-person Wednesdays January 8th – February 26th, 2025 to deepen your physical yoga practice.
Kickstart your year with a yoga practice that builds strength, enhances mobility, and refines alignment. This 8-week series is designed to help you create a strong, functional foundation while deepening your yoga practice in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Location: Centennial, CO (exact location sent after purchase) or Online
Level: Suitable for all levels, including beginners
What to Expect in Each Class: This series will focus on the following key elements to improve your functional movement and overall strength:
Strength & Stability: Build strength through alignment-based postures that target key muscle groups.
Mobility & Flexibility: Increase your range of motion with exercises designed to enhance joint mobility and functional flexibility.
Posture & Alignment: Improve body awareness with alignment-focused techniques that optimize movement patterns and reduce strain.
Personalized Attention: Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, modifications and progressions will be provided to ensure your practice meets your needs.
Options for Joining:
In-Person Small Group Classes: Practice in a small, intimate class where you’ll receive personalized attention and the opportunity to refine your form. Space is limited to ensure individual guidance and community connection.
Live Online: Join us live from anywhere via Zoom to practice in real-time, receive direct instruction, and engage with other students.
On-Demand: If you can't attend live, you can access class recordings to practice on your own time, with options for individual feedback to help you stay on track and refine your technique.
